“Fill material imported to site up to the end of this period surpassed the 150,000 tonne mark as we continued to make steady progress installing drainage and site services in parallel to forming the new Durnish Lands entrance road. Weather dependent works on extending the attenuation pond are ahead of schedule and we successfully installed precast concrete pipework and headwalls for the OPW culvert crossing. The primary milestone activities programmed for the coming weeks include the completion of fill importation as well as kerbing and tarmacadam surfacing on the new access road.”
